Daniel Titterington, born 1848 in Newton, Lancs, was the son of Alice Titterington. Alice married Henry Gregson in 1851 and had seven children. In the 1911 Census Daniel signed himself Daniel Gregson Titterington. Thanks to newly found cousin, Averil, I now know the maiden name of my g.g.g.g.grandmother, Frances Dodd, who married John Hindley 3 October 1825 in Ightfield, Shropshire. Their daughter Betsy married Joseph Molyneux on 28 Jan 1847 but I’m having trouble tracing Joseph’s family.
