John Pamment, born 2 November 1839, at 23 Baltic Street, White Cross Street, St. Luke, Middlesex was the son of John Pamment (1809-1873) and Elizabeth Campin (1804-1871). John married Elizabeth Ann Sleet on 10 February 1861 at St. John the Baptist, Hoxton. They had a daughter, Elizabeth Ann, born 30 December 1861 at 18 Herbert Street, Haggerstone. His occupation was a waiter. I believe John died in April 1864 and was buried at Abney Park Cemetery on 11 April 1864.

His widow, Elizabeth Ann, married Thomas Fairweather in December 1865 in Bethnal Green. John and Elizabeth Ann’s daughter, Elizabeth Ann, married John Brewer on 26 December 1887 in the Parish Church, South Hackney. They had a son, Walter John T., born 1889 in Hackney. John, Elizabeth Ann and Walter were living with Thomas and Elizabeth Ann Fairweather in the 1891 and 1901 Censuses. Both women worked as boot machinists.
